Corporate Training Process
Education is the most effective tool that enables individuals to perform tasks more effectively, more quality, more efficiently, to express their professional knowledge and skills more rationally, to support personal development, to increase their thinking power and to defeat their egos. Every institution that adds value to its employees with the trainings it gives, gains value. For this reason, EDUCATION can not be postponed, can not be ignored, can not be substituted.
AKGUN continues to accelerate the sector in its state-of-the-art building and utilize the advantage of smart building and production facilities in the training process and carry out multiple trainings at AKGUN Plaza, which has a meeting and training hall on each floor.
AKGÜN, which also uses information technologies in its training process, can present its trainings to its personnel at the other end of the world with camera, sound, video and remote desktop simultaneously.
With the Training Portal, all trainings are recorded and presented to employees in this portal. Training records and documents can be accessed through the portal, information exams can be performed and successful ones are certified.
With the Corporate Training Process, which is only one of our CMMI process areas, we carry all our trainings to our corporate memory, we take lessons learned from the past trainings and develop them continuously.
